Sodium Monochloroacetate is a light creamish or white coloured, free flowing, fine powder with a pungent odour. It is readily soluble in water.

Precautions

Sodium Monochloro Acetate causes irritation to the skin and hence, while handling it, goggles and gloves should be used.

Packing

Sodium Monochloroacetate is packed in 50 Kgs. net polythylene lined bituminised hessian bags or polythylene woven bags with one extra polythylene bag inside each of them.
